My name is Dave Ryan. I am the Chief Coach for Watford Freestyle Kickboxing. To help you choose if this is the right club for you, please allow me to tell you a little about myself and the club.

Currently I am 5th Degree Black belt in Kickboxing and a 1st Degree Black belt in "Tae kwon-Do" This is in addition to the two World Titles that i have held.

Kickboxing has been the worlds fastest growing sport, attracting young and old, promoting fitness, self control and discipline. Parents would agree, a must for the youngsters in this day and age.
