Squad Training

At Watford Freestyle, we have a selected number of Students that like to compete at competitions around the country.

For these Students we hold Squad Training Sessions once a month, where we concentrate on sparring techniques and getting the members ready for any forthcoming competitions. These sessions are worth their weight in gold, we currently have World, European and British Champions in our small group.
