Off the Hook light contact seminar, was literally off the hook.
I would like to thank Shabazz Joseph, Ed Lofts, Handle Cain, for attending with their students and not forgetting the Watford students, all the students were all of different grades, from white to black belts.

The session started with a very intense work out, then everybody pared up for several rounds of pad work, we spent time on what would you do situations, like how would you react against a lead side kick, all the responses I got where all good but we worked on one that I like to work with my guys which went down a real treat.
The session ended with rounds of sparring, it was really nice to see up and coming students doing there thing under a little pressure.

The session was well enjoyed by all and I hope the session makes a difference to those that will be competing at the Cimac World Cup on Sunday 18th July 10.
