Natasha and Shannon Ryan, were both sponsored by Gregorio Grillo, one of the Worlds best semi contact fighters, to represent his intensive points fighting system, which was held in Milan.
Both girls, fought really well in what was a very high profile tournament.
Shannon won a Gold in the girls – 47kg and won a Bronze in the ladies – 50kg, losing by a narrow margin to one of the Hungarians top fighters.
Natasha, was also involved in some tough fights, losing by a split decision to a local woman in the – 65kg light contact and had to settle for third place.
Tash, had another outstanding semi contact fight with one of the women from the Norwegian, team. Tash, get her revenge against the same girl in the teams which made her very happy.
The girls would like to say a big thank you to Gregorio, for giving them the opportunity to compete in another International tournament.
