Joe Hallett and Joe Pitman, travelled up from Somerset, to put on a Flips & Tricks seminar which was well enjoyed by all that took part.
The guys learnt basic jumping kicks in a creative forms manor, which the guys found very frustrating because arms would have to be in a certain position which they found hard to do because of the fighting posture they are use to.
The highlight of the day was when the two Joe’s erected the air track. The guys were able to practice flips etc with confidence knowing they would be safe from injury.
All the students would like to say a big thank you to the two Joe’s, for a great seminar.
The two Joe’s, will be back in the New Year
