Day Camp, is very eventful day for the kids, they turned up at 8.30am starting with a good physical workout which included a 2 mile run then finish with a good stretch.
The rest of the day was made up with activities, for example the student would each write down what grading techniques they need help with and we would spend a little bit of time on each technique as a group. Then it would be time for breakfast, once breakfast is done, its time to move onto basic Bo staff training, when we get to the last 15 minutes of this session the guys would form groups and are asked to put a formation together as a team using some of the moves learnt in the session.

We then do exactly the same with Nun-chucks and then we have a short break, after the short break we moved onto the kids favourite, self defence, this is where the kids can work on there break falls, lock, take downs and hip throws etc.
We would then spend time on sparring techniques then have lunch.
After lunch comes the highlight of the day, this is where the guys will split up into two teams put on red or green bibs and we finished the day with a game of football which ends the day 3.30pm.
